4C Health Now Offers Immediate Access Walk-in Appointments in Howard County
4C Health is now offering same-day, walk-in open access appointments for mental health and substance use treatment at the Kokomo Clinic location!
Service Offering: Same-day, walk-in open access appointments for mental health and substance use treatment.
Location: 4C Health Kokomo Clinic, located at 1948 West Boulevard, Kokomo, IN 46901.
Designated Times: Every week, Monday through Thursday, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Requirements: Individuals seeking services should bring their photo identification and insurance coverage information. For those under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany them.
Expansion Plans: 4C Health plans to expand these efforts within Howard County and to other clinic locations. 4C Health has several clinic locations in Logansport, Rochester, Tipton, Winamac, Delphi, and scheduled to open a newly renovated clinic site in Peru in late spring or early summer.
4C Health continues to show commitment to providing accessible mental health and substance use treatment services to the community.
